A unique experience and opportunity for guests to quilt alongside the artists on a large quilt frame, hear their stories and enjoy the camaraderie of group quilting. Stop by anytime between the scheduled hours and say hello! This demonstration will be held at Spencertown Academy Arts Center, Blanche Grubin Auditorium.

Academy members have early access to the giant book sale. Free for members, $10 for member’s guest. Memberships for sale online and at the door. Refreshments served from 5:00-7:00pm. Scanning devices prohibited on Friday.
Children’s Program
Listen to Marcus Pfister’s classic story, The Rainbow Fish, whose silvery scales are the envy of other fish. A wise octopus helps Rainbow Fish learn to share his scales, making him friends. Kids can pose with the costumed character, and get crafty with fishy art.

Browse affordable, gently used books, vinyl LPs, CDs, DVDs and audio books. Young readers find books, puzzles and games in the Kids Corner. The Special Book Room holds first edition, out-of-print and collectible books; no scanning devices here. Teachers with IDs get 20% discount, excluding Special Book Room and guest author books.
