Our signature annual events are held each year to raise vital funds for the Academy’s program and operating budgets. The events are organized and staffed primarily by volunteers.
Revels
Held annually, this mid-winter moveable feast is one of our oldest and most loved events. The evening begins with festive drinks and hors d’oeuvres at the Academy, with guests moving on to intimate dinners hosted by friends of the Academy. It’s the perfect antidote to winter and a great way to support Spencertown Academy Arts Center.
Hidden Gardens Tour & Market
The Academy’s beloved annual fundraising event, celebrating artful private landscapes in Columbia County and interesting local vendors of crafts, plants, antiques and related merchandise on the Spencertown Green, is back on the schedule for this year, so mark your calendars! Festival of Books
This beloved annual fundraiser is back on the calendar again for Labor Day Weekend 2024. This past year’s festival was our most successful yet. We look forward to once again providing a vast array of books, all gently used and affordable, hosting distinguished authors. Stay tuned for further information, as our program develops.
