Saturday kicks off early with an illustrated presentation at the Academy by renowned garden expert C.L. Fornari. The topic: “The Wow Factor: from Inspiration to Installation.” A former Spencertown resident, C.L. now lives on Cape Cod and hosts GardenLine, a live two-hour call-in show on WXTK that is streamed online. C.L. speaks to audiences across the country and has authored six books and numerous articles about all aspects of gardening. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and a light breakfast will be served.
