Vendor Registration and Contact Form for Hidden Gardens

The Spencertown Academy Hidden Gardens Tour and Market on the Green will be held Saturday, June 20, 2020 from 9:00am-2:30pm. Rain or shine. There is no fee for the space. It is agreed Vendors will pay 20% of the proceeds of the total sales and commissions made on June 20, 2020 to Spencertown Academy at the end of the day. There will be a $75 charge for Vendors not bringing inventory to sell. Please submit this contract as soon as possible to reserve a space.

You will be close to the spot you’ve been in before. Please remember to bring weights if bringing a tent.

The Market will be held rain or shine and I will set up and be open from 9am to 2:30pm, June 20, 2020.
The Academy will not be held responsible for any personal injury or damage, loss or theft of any show inventory, personal belongings or property.
I agree to be liable for any damage caused by myself or by my associates on the Market grounds.
I agree not to pack any unsold merchandise before 2:30pm.
The Academy may use my Business Name in the PR and Marketing materials for this event.
